This policy explains how Global Bandwidth Technologies LLC collects, uses, and protects information submitted through GBTech.ai website forms, consultation requests, and the AI assistant.
Effective date: May 5, 2026. This public website policy is provided for launch readiness and should be reviewed by counsel before final production use.
Information we collect
We may collect information you submit through forms, including name, company, email address, service interest, employee or user count, and message details. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device details, referring page, timestamps, and general interaction data needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare quotes, improve website functionality, troubleshoot issues, protect the site from abuse, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.
AI chatbot data handling
If you use the AI Assistant, we may process conversation content, IP address, timestamp, browser or device metadata, and the page where the chat occurred. Chat content may include whatever you type into the assistant, so do not submit passwords, payment data, private health information, government identifiers, or confidential business information.
The AI Assistant uses Anthropic as the AI processor to generate responses. Conversation data is sent to Anthropic only for the purpose of producing an assistant response and operating the chatbot experience.
For launch planning, chatbot conversation records should be retained for no longer than 30 days unless a longer period is needed for security, troubleshooting, legal, or business follow-up. Before production launch, retention should be confirmed in the final hosting and logging configuration.
Sharing and processors
We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, host infrastructure, process form submissions, provide analytics, support scheduling, or power the AI chatbot. These providers are expected to use information only to provide services on our behalf.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a small business website. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided by contacting us. Some information may be retained where needed for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
