Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the GBTech.ai website, consultation forms, and AI assistant. Managed service work is governed by a separately signed agreement and statement of work.
Effective date: May 5, 2026. These website terms are provided for launch readiness and should be reviewed by counsel before final production use.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about GBTech.ai services, request a consultation, and ask general questions. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, scrape the site at an unreasonable volume, or use the AI assistant for abusive or unlawful activity.
No service contract from website content
Website content, pricing examples, calculators, AI assistant responses, and form replies are informational only. They do not create a contract, modify an agreement, commit pricing, guarantee service availability, or establish service-level obligations. Final scope, pricing, onboarding, and SLAs must be confirmed in a signed agreement.
AI assistant limits
The AI assistant provides general information about services, pricing, onboarding, and support categories. It is not authorized to make pricing commitments, contract changes, service guarantees, legal advice, security incident determinations, or account-specific technical decisions. For specific quotes or technical issues, use the consultation link or contact a real person.
Pricing and availability
Published pricing is a starting point for planning and may change before a signed agreement is executed. Taxes, licensing requirements, onboarding scope, third-party vendor terms, site complexity, and special support requirements may affect final pricing.
Third-party tools
GBTech.ai services may rely on third-party platforms, including Microsoft, Syncro, Acronis, Huntress, DNSFilter, Hudu, 1Password, ThreatLocker, Anthropic, scheduling providers, and hosting providers. Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability, and security practices.
No guaranteed outcomes
Managed IT and cybersecurity services reduce operational risk, but no provider can guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete prevention of security incidents, recovery time for every scenario, or eligibility for insurance or compliance outcomes.
Intellectual property
The GBTech.ai name, site copy, design, graphics, and related materials belong to Global Bandwidth Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse site materials except for ordinary viewing and sharing of public pages.
