What changes the final price.
What's included in the starting price?
The per-user starting price covers the service bundle listed in each tier. BYOL excludes GBTech-procured Microsoft 365 licensing because the client already owns licensing.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Yes. Every tier has a flat $750 one-time setup fee for onboarding, documentation, agent rollout, and initial configuration.
Can we change tiers later?
Yes. Many clients begin with BYOL or Standard and move into Pro or Enterprise as their risk profile, insurance requirements, or internal IT needs change.
Do you charge per device or per user?
The managed service is priced per user. Servers, network gear, project work, or unusual environments may be scoped separately in the proposal.
